You could call her what we experience as an explorative and courageous artist who manages to translate moments into musical narratives, always with an individual storyline in mind. Dedicating herself to music since 2013, her selection is diverse and adventurous, ranging from latin jazz and soul to psychedelic and experimental. As a current curator and resident @ Colombian sweetspot “Rio Hostel”, as well as on EOS radio together with Unai Trotti, she keeps exploring manifold soundscapes in order to 'unlock the body and free the mind'. We want to thank all those listeners/djs/friends/ who have been through the channel and have accompanied us throughout this time... magically this is the 30th podcast.

Lucca is a colleague from Buenos Aires, a very quality person and a DJ of excellence. Throughout the first years in the city of Buenos Aires and currently residing in Berlin, Lucca was acquiring records with a very diverse range of sounds, from afro jazz funk, as well as house electro ambient downtempo and others... He has played in some Buenos Aires venues like Avant Garten, Levitar together with great references of the local scene. 
Also he has played in some spots from the Berlin's scene :) 

This is the result of the last two years in Berlin, in an intense search this set materializes: 1 hour of ambient music, downtempo, some touches of jazz and funk, very deep and delicate as Lucca accustoms us.

I accidentally visited Fuse club for the first time in the summer of 2003 and  I wasn’t moved by the banging loop techno in the big room, I felt more the music in the smaller ‘motion’ room where a dj was playing an all nighter set. He had a unique sound that was way more connected to my hazy and smoked-out musical taste of that time. This dj was called St Dic and sadly flew away in 2006 from planet earth way too soon at the age of 32.


Over the last year I was lucky to buy records from Pascal Saint-Dic's collection and found many special things. Salvatore, who was a very close friend of Pascal, has his monthly residency at KIOSK RADIO today and we will dedicate it fully to this late belgian dj.

Kim has been touring discotheques as a clubber since before most of us ever heard a techno beat. She was a regular dancer at Cherry Moon, Fuse, P3P, Food, and Silo to name a few classic Belgian clubs and party concepts. She smoothly and slowly observed how things flow in clubbing land, and after all those years she got behind the decks (decks that her husband G. gave her as a present!) and became an excellent, very precise deejay with a selection full of deep, floaty techno grooves and sometimes organic ambient excursions. Her 10 hour-long “More is More” mix she recorded as a live stream (accompanied with visuals by G.) during the pandemic is already a (local?) classic mix that has often been put on at afters-without-turntables. So while this mix is definitely shorter, it’s even better in its own way! Kim has also been helped us with the Basic Moves online communication and now sends out the newsletter, we secretly call her kim.com.
