This song was written way back in 2008. Before Depths there was Hollow Divide, a Metalcore band that evolved from a couple of mates jamming to old songs we loved.
Hollow Divide didn't last long after the turn of 2010, but soon evolved into Depths.

This song was recorded at Room 4 Studios in Bristol in August 2009. Alex, being a left-handed player when given a guitar, wrote the bass upside-down on a right-handed bass. We had so much fun here, pissing around with vintage amps they had stored there and making terrible innuendos with battered sausages from the local chippy. All my love to long ago.

Also recorded in my flat, Showtime was an 'intro' track. It was written to kick off a gig and was originally an album starter, and ran into unrecorded song The Great Depression/No. 150. Vocals were recorded in George's kitchen!
