One and one

This track was recorded on the couch of my living room with a mic and a plugged in acoustic guitar. This is the original unmixed recording.

One And One

This week I started digitizing some really old analogue recordings dating from the mid Eighties. Back then I was a teenager and member of the band 'SUAL'. I cannot remember we played this song with the band. It stayed a demo on tape, kept in a plastic bag for years.

'I'm free' was written and recorded early 1985. Restored & mixed with Cubase.

This is a new song that I'm making available as a pay-what-you-like download on Bandcamp and a free download on Soundcloud. It's in preparation for  an upcoming full album release in the spring, probably in May.
Thanks to James McKean and Melanie for singing such great backing vocals for me!  As usual, the band is me: drums, bass, guitars and organ.

I have been doing this song since the 70's, and l think it is becoming worse, haha. l actually remembered the lyrics. l played Yamaha Acoustic Guitar & Bass on this & used a tc helicon vocal harmonizer.
