Really upset about this. I wanted to create a nice remix and get feedback from OCremix and stuff like that. Unfortunately, Kontakt + Mixcraft are shite and suffered memory overload errors with constant crashing, eventually making me lose most of my progress with this. So this is an unfinished version but it's what I had before I lost everything.

- I wanted to use different drum samples
-I wanted to put a bass solo/part from 2:19 - 2:40 to prevent having another boring refrain of the melody
-I wanted a proper outro

All-Star Rest Area/Kirby Super Star Save Remix

Genesis Does is a playlist of video game remixes done in the style of the SEGA Genesis/Megadrive sound-chip. Of course, what you hear is not exactly one-to-one with the sound-chip's limits, and will generally surpass what it can actually do.

This playlist will be updated periodically with new remixes as they are finished. All remixes are created by ear.

SONG DESCRIPTION:

I love this tune. It just encapsulates the jolly feeling of winter so well, the the melody is incredibly catchy. Doing a remix of it was really fun, and I'm happy with how it came out.

A bluegrass arrangement of Richard Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries" to accompany a game involving a flying pig!  I'm kind of crazy about this track. I think I followed the Valkyries harmonic structure through most of the track.  I had to use 9 harmonicas to get through all the chord changes.
