This was my first trip to the Joshua Tree Music Festival.  It definitely lived up to and exceeded any expectations I may have had.  The beautiful community of music enthusiasts it attracted was second to none.  They came with me wherever I went musically.  There's nothing like being physically present, but I'm trusting some of the magic from that beautiful evening under stars will translate via this recording into something that will leave your soul smiling. On the Saturday night of @tropicomx 2017 the crowd descended onto the Beach stage in great numbers. Having already embarked on a musical pilgrimage through the harmonies of Brian Wilson’s Pet sounds, the Afrobeat intensity of Sean Kuti and a cosmic performance from @toddterje - the crowd were then treated to a kaleidoscopic journey in Disco, Funk and chunky edits from the legendary @gregwilson. This two hour live recording demonstrates perfectly why Greg is still considered top of his game, 41 years since he first donned a pair of headphones.

There are different tiers of donations, depending on how much you give, you will in turn receive merchandise and future concert/festival tickets. 

In the context of the quarantine in Mexico, dozens of festivals and thousands of live music events have been canceled or postponed and the most affected are the musicians, staff and all those who work in the music entertainment industry.

Of the total donation, 60% will go to all the bands and their staff and 40% will go to El Día Después, a Mexican association that will create a musical community restoration program once the contingency for vulnerable groups within the industry ends ( musicians, staff and workers).
