The Solar Chakra is the third chakra of the kundalini. It is located above the navel and it shines in a bright sunshine yellow. It is the last of the three body-related chakras.

Today, we are activating the chakra of love and healing. As this centre awakens you open up to compassion and healing – for yourself and others.

The heart chakra shines in the colour green (healing) or pink (unconditional love). It is the hub in which we develop compassion and experience true love. It controls our heart and the rhythm of breathing (four heartbeats is a breath).

Harmonise and Balance the Heart Chakra - Mindful10 Daily Meditation #62 – your mindfulness reminder

Today, we are activating the chakra of creativity and expression. As this centre awakens you learn to express your truth and take a stand for yourself.

The throat chakra is located at the narrowest part of the body, the neck and it radiates in the colour blue (turquoise, azure, royal blue). It is the gate to consciousness and our sense of truth, law and order.

Harmonise and Balance the Throat Chakra - Mindful10 Daily Meditation #63 – your mindfulness reminder

Hi, I am Sandra and here is Harmonise and Balance the Brow Chakra – Mindful10 Daily Meditation #64 … your daily mindfulness reminder.

Today, we are activating the chakra of wisdom and intuition. As this centre awakens you strengthen your inner voice of intuition.

The Brow Chakra sits between your eyes just above the base of the nose, it is also called the Third Eye Chakra. It is directly connected to the Solar and Heart Chakra and radiates in deep violet or indigo blue.

Harmonise and Balance the Brow Chakra - Mindful10 Daily Meditation #64 – your mindfulness reminder

Hi, I am Sandra and here is Harmonise and Balance the Crown Chakra – Mindful10 Daily Meditation #65 … your daily mindfulness reminder.

Today, we are activating the chakra of consciousness and awareness. As this centre awakens your understanding of life and your part in this interconnected universe increases.

The Crown Chakra is the seventh Chakra and it is at the top of the Kundalini, which starts from the Root Chakra that grounds us on the Earth and progresses upward to the Sahasrara, which connects us with the universe and the Divine source of creation. The Crown is directly connected to the Root Chakra. Its colour is, depending on which book you read, either white/pearl white or violet/purple, or maybe both.

Creating Change – but how? - Mindful10 Daily Meditation #67 – your daily mindfulness reminder

Hi, I am Sandra and here is “How to Cultivate Mindfulness in 3 Steps – Mindful10 Daily Meditation #68 … your daily mindfulness reminder.

If you feel fear or anxiety … for a lot of that your mind has to answer for, which enjoys living in the past or projecting out into the future, that is its nature. 
For staying in the here and now there are a lot of practises out there and I would like to give you 3 steps of how to cultivate your Mindfulness in your day to day life. 
#1: Listen to how you talk to yourself (and ultimately transform your internal dialogue)
#2: Choose one activity per day where you focus your attention solely on that activity (e.g. brushing your teeth) … maybe after a few days choose a second activity and a third one. 
#3: Listen to the Messages of Your Body

How to Cultivate Mindfulness in 3 Steps - Mindful10 Daily Meditation #68 – your mindfulness reminder

Hi, I am Sandra and here is another Episode of Mindful10 Daily Meditation … your daily mindfulness reminder.

Now that we have so much time, we get to watch movies … yeay … any good movies you have watched lately? … Yesterday we watched “Christopher Robin” … and it was amazing. 

We forget so much, don't we? … Stefan said in between “I once was like that” … and he didn't mean little Christopher Robin … 

My favourite quote was “Doing Nothing often leads to the very best of something” … we also forget that … and for a lot of us this is so true right now in this situation … doing nothing … not binging Netflix … or gaming the whole night … you can do that too … no harm done with that … but doing nothing was a really amazing quality … it is nourishing and it makes you expand … everything … your awareness, your compassion, your realisations, your actions … amazing.

So, get your “nothing” fix from day to day … and make it a habit … or as I like to call it … your Meditation / Awareness practise …
