Hallo? Oh my god! Who let a stock animal into my tournament?! Word on the street is that it's the infamous Manuel, stumbling straight out of the dark closet Ricesnot has trapped him in for several months. There's not much to say about Manuel, beyond his love for his pet and deep appreciation for eurobeat. His grand intent's to weaponize both to get a leg over his opposition, but when you're constantly on call - even worse, constantly put on hold - what can you really do when faced with competition this stiff?

I would personally call it moreso an Art Project, rather than a full Tourney Project due to it's free-form inconsistent nature. There could be voting, or a "bracket" in the future. Does not mean I'll follow it to a T.
