I think the title is incorrect.... It seems like by the examples, ethical AI is reversing some existing bias from previous research. In my opinion that is one of the biggest advantages of AI, combined with the work of company like Truveta which will show longitudinal changes.

But one big problem with at artificial intelligence is that it very often replicate the biases and blind spots of the humans who create them.
