Static is a alternative rock band with pop-punk influences from Northern Virginia. After forming in 2011, Static has performed in many well-known venues through DC, Maryland, and Virginia, including Jammin' Java, Empire, 9:30 Club, The Fillmore, and many more. Their debut EP, Into the Light, was produced in the summer of 2014 and contains five of Static's hit tracks to date. Filled with a hard-hitting rhythm section, melodic and occasionally dueling guitars, and soaring vocals, this EP successfully demonstrates the sound that is Static.
