Static Silence is a musical project born in 2011 in Vercelli. Since the dissolution of Demons Of Our Mind and the leaving of Ettore Cassetta (lead vocal), the remaining members decide to carry on with a new project. With the promotion of Alessio Sampietro to the role of lead singer, the others remaining members, Alessandro Piazza (drums), Niccolò Coppo (guitar), Matteo Tacca (guitar) and Costantino Robotti (bass guitar), begin to compose new stuff inspired by group like Hatebreed, Lamb of God, Meshuggah, Periphery, Decapitated and many others. The result is the autoproduction and publication of our first four tracks EP "The Awakening"(2012).
Due to the leaving of Costantino, in 2013 the band crosses a timelapse of absence from the stage, spending time in studio composing new songs. An upcoming publication of a new four tracks Ep called "Incubo" is expected for the late 2014. Actually the band is searching a possible candidate for the bass guitar, in order to return on the stage, and composing new material for the recording of their first full lenght album, wich will include tracks from the two last EP and brand new songs.

Static Silence è un progetto musicale nato nel 2011 a Vercelli. Dopo lo scioglimento dei Demons Of Our Mind con l'abbandono del cantante Ettore Cassetta, i restanti membri decidono di proseguire con un nuovo progetto. Con la promozione di Alessio Sampietro dal ruolo di seconda voce a quello di lead singer il nuovo gruppo, formato oltre che da Alessio Sampietro da Alessandro Piazza (batteria), Niccolò Coppo (chitarra), Matteo Tacca (chitarra) e Costantino Robotti (basso), inizia a comporre nuovi pezzi ispirandosi a gruppi come Hatebreed, Lamb of God, Meshuggah, Periphery, Decapitated e molti altri. Nel 2012 gli Static Silence pubblicano il loro primo EP di quattro tracce, completamente autoprodotto, THE AWAKENING.
A causa dell'abbandono di Costantino, nel 2013 la band passa un periodo di assenza dal palco. In questo periodo di forzata inattività live la band passa diverso tempo in studio scrivendo nuove canzoni. Un nuovo EP chiamato INCUBO, sempre contenente 4 tracce, sarà pubblicato entro la fine del 2014. Attualmente il gruppo sta cercando un possibile candidato al ruolo di bassista per poter ritornare finalmente on stage, e sta componendo nuovo materiale per la registrazione del primo album full lenght, che includerà canzoni dei due EP precedenti e nuovi pezzi.
