EDM producer and DJ based out of the DMV area, Statik Skye found his love for trance, house, and drum and bass in 1999. He dabbled in production for awhile and in 2012, he discovered his true calling as a DJ, and started throwing house parties. 6 years later, Statik Skye has over 60 acts behind his belt, and has played in DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He has shared the stage with artists such as Prolix, Gridlok, Mistanoize, Prototypes, Evol Intent, Soohan, Baby Anne, S3RL, and many many more. He is known for his smooth and technical style and high energy drum and bass sets, and his blending of darker neurofunk with high energy soulful dnb. Nowadays, Statik Skye plays as a multi-genre Dj. So you never know what to expect from him, besides knowing it’s gonna make you wanna dance!
