Sound artist poropiore is releasing his first album under a new name, oz-chan.

poropiore, a Japanese sound artist who designs spatial soundscapes using his own voice as a material, has worked on numerous acoustic designs for architecture and commercial facilities both in Japan and abroad. This album marks his first dance music work and his first album to be made available for general sale.

This work, centered on the label's concept of "space," expands into an auditory cosmos created by oz-chan. The core of the album is his unique theme: "sound that revolves and expands." His distinctive sound style, where individual notes connect and move like a spiral, weaves throughout the entire album.

While grounded in familiar genres such as deep house, techno, new age, and ambient, the beautifully delicate yet powerful rhythms and unique sounds created from his own voice build a world unique to oz-chan.

Beirut-based record label System Revival is back with yet another superb charity compilation. After two widely successful compilations that label released in 2020 whose funds went towards the victims of the explosion in Beirut, funds from this year's compilation called 'Zero Hunger' will go towards World Food Program.

Some of the artists that contributed their work for 'Zero Hunger' compilation are Albert van Abbe, Blazej Malinowski, Charles Green, Einox, Kessel, Mary Yuzovskaya, Miller & Bosscher, Montero & Raul Alvarez, Opuswerk, Tapefeed, Temudo, VSK, Zemög, etc...

Our premiere for today is a beautiful drone ambient called 'Immerse' by Berlin-based Blazej Malinowski. Blazej's 'less is more' approach creates peaceful oscillations that come to rest on the ears like a comforting blanket. Its dark ambient tones are paired with drone undercurrents for a pleasant journey into which the listener can drift freely and get lost into the depths of a calm midnight ocean.
