The Aussie duo, Staunch, has returned full of funk with a massive album to get deep into the middle of a glitch hop movement, threading the needle with plenty of bass and grit. Their album is called "Dissecting the Groove," an experience full of intense jams and futuristic sounds to complement their reputation for outstanding music - using heavy wobbles that weave in and out of a track like a missile-seeking animal.

"Fight Milk" starts things off with soul and retro funk from another dimension. Reaching into the depths with an epic guitar solo, this tune has plenty of spice and melty transitions to satisfy any fan. "Racist Monday" has plenty of impressive crashes and interesting breaks, using the most clever and simple sounds to embark on a truly fantastic ride into glitchy-ness. "Grind Stone" is a hip-hop anthem style, middle-finger to the haters. "Shit Stiffy" gears up for more galactic melting, while "Trimmsy" takes things into a downtempo, dark abyss of fresh electro and funk. With help from Kash and Beat Fatigue, things get really interesting with two magnificent tracks called "Alpha Mode" and "Low Down."
Things calm down into a magnificent state of unconscious glitch with the final two tracks, "Night Bus" and "Switch Foot." Grab this album now!!
