Woke up, wanted to make music, sat down on my piano, connected the midi and just jammed. Heard Ocean Drive + Starboy in what I was playing so decided to make it a mashup. Funk is the key to the sooouuullllll!! It's amazing what one seemingly innocuous guitar riff can inspire (as you can imagine, I loved solo'ing on this bby)

Ocean Groove

A combination of two classics, each pivotal pieces, and each from two totally different cultures! I stuck with the basics: Piano, Bass and Drums, as you can't go wrong with that. I start off playing "Nassam Alayna el Hawa", a traditional Lebanese song famously performed by Fairouz, a cultural icon in the middle east at her time. Sinatra's famous "Fly Me to the Moon" soon follows. Thier chord progressions are similar which makes them excellent pieces to mix. I really enjoyed making this today (Piano solo's are soothing to the soul) I hope you enjoy it too!

All I Want For Christmas Is You - Stave Remix (Tropical House)

My dream in life is to make as many people happy as possible with the music I create.

Hailing from the desert metropolis that is Abu Dhabi, Stave is a 23 year old ethnically Lebanese classically trained pianist with over 18 years of experience in classical piano performance. He loved performing classical pieces but also felt like it wasn't as creative as he would like - as the whole point is to emulate the pieces as they were written 300-400 years ago.

To solve his creative itch, he started composing music on his keyboard at first, and then started using garageband, until his friend showed him Logic Pro X. 

Ever since then, Stave has taught himself the ins and outs of production, mixing and mastering and now, while generally genre-agnostic, focuses mainly on House, EDM, NuDisco, NuFunk and generally cool sounding things hehe.
