Here's a new mix from our resident Amadeus (@Amadeu_s) taking inspiration from the lush world of kelp forests. This selection, slowly building in pace and intensity, focuses on tribal textures, atmosphere and broken beats. Have a nice ride! 

Kelp forests are commonly recognized as one of the most productive and dynamic ecosystems on earth. They are usually formed near the coasts, in shallow waters,  by the dense growth of several different species known as kelps. Kelp are not plants, but rather extremely large brown algae, that can measure up to 150 feet. These ecosystems are strikingly similar to lush underwater jungles, where many species of fish, invertebrates and larger mammals such as sea lions or otters find refuge. They find there an ideal environment to raise their young and a refuge from storms & predators. 

Unfortunately, these kelp forests are in great danger, threatened by pollution and commercial use, as the kelp algae is commonly processed for food additives and pharmaceutical products.
