TANJUN SUGITA is loud, colorful, and contradictory—Pop meets Manga meets the Streets. Yet beneath the ironic surface lies a serious question: „Is trustfulness a weakness, or a radical form of openness?“

This track brings an ironic, pop-cultural exaggeration into a space already saturated with chaos, patterns, and sensory overload. The mantra “Perhaps I was simply too trusting” perfectly embodies the sensation of dizziness, loss of control, and the surge of raw emotion. Emmanuel is back in full-form on his own label Darkmatter Inc. His aim is to make a record that will stand the testament of time, but shows very clearly how technology and generations after today "techno" become something more based on image or appearance, this record exposes how techno can be melodic, and methodical at the same time, drawing colors and shades of light with few instruments and simply skills. " If Only" and "Stamina" are the result of a one single shot Jam based on some " ingredients" found during experimentation, while "Confession" and " Once in a lifetime" are a way more studied work that takes the listener to a new dimension of sonic sounds palette, making the user wonder if he ever heard something like this, or not.

Stay Up Forever Records

Stay Up Forever or SUF is an independent record label run by the Liberator DJs. It was started in 1992 by Chris, Aaron and Julian who were collectively known as the Liberators, a DJ trio named after the space ship in the old BBC TV Sci Fi series, Blakes Seven.

The Label has consistently been at the front of London’s underground music scene, and is widely regarded as being responsible for creating the genre known as Acid Techno.  Heavily influenced by the UK punk scene, the label has been releasing a steady stream of hedonistic techno rave music, with its trademark sound being based on the distorted Roland TB303 bass synth and the Roland TR909 drum machine.

Stay Up Forever has been name checked by just about every famous DJ in the world, it is notorious for its music being uncompromising and for being staunchly underground.

Over the years the industry has changed and SUF has had to flex a bit to go with the times, the SUF collective was born and under this umbrella is a group of record labels which share a similar vision of staying true to their roots and releasing underground acid techno music for the squat parties and ravers around the world.

They release on 12” vinyl, and the whole operation is still run by Chris Liberator who deals personally with all the labels and artists.
