Jack Wax is an international artist whose group of record labels has been receiving strong support throughout Europe in the Techno and Acid dance music scenes. His vision for uniting strong teams of artists on releases hasn’t gone unnoticed and his own productions and DJ skills are firmly established well beyond his homeland of the Netherlands, as his records pick up attention all over the world.

Jack started Flatlife Records to get his own music released onto 12″ and to license work from his favourite producers for digital & vinyl output. To date, Jack and the Flatlife collective of labels have worked with: Stay Up Forever, Steve Mills, Geezer, Oliver Lieb, Chris Liberator, Dave the Drummer, Sterling Moss, Patrick DSP, DJ Misjah, Ant, Darc Marc, Drumcomplex, Hackler & Kuch, Mike Drama, Rene Reiter, Woody McBride (DJ ESP) and many more…

He was also the founder of the well-known Dutch Pro Techno parties in the Netherlands together with LXD-TV visuals, and received a nomination in 2013 for having the BEST UNDERGROUND PARTY in the Netherlands.

DKTech returns to the frontlines with his latest offering, Nine Seals of Namtar. A relentless, myth-infused journey into the heart of sonic darkness featuring seismic low-ends, razor-sharp percussions and an unflinching tempo.

Drawing inspiration from ancient Mesopotamian lore, Nine Seals of Namtar evokes the chaos and inevitability of fate, a fitting theme for a release that doesn't let up. Each track is a ritualistic stampede through distorted reality, summoning raw emotion through punishing grooves and relentless rhythm.

The release also features a collaboration with labelhead and techno architect MarAxe, in a track that fuses their styles into a single, devastating weapon of sound.

Stay Up Forever Records

Stay Up Forever or SUF is an independent record label run by the Liberator DJs. It was started in 1992 by Chris, Aaron and Julian who were collectively known as the Liberators, a DJ trio named after the space ship in the old BBC TV Sci Fi series, Blakes Seven.

The Label has consistently been at the front of London’s underground music scene, and is widely regarded as being responsible for creating the genre known as Acid Techno.  Heavily influenced by the UK punk scene, the label has been releasing a steady stream of hedonistic techno rave music, with its trademark sound being based on the distorted Roland TB303 bass synth and the Roland TR909 drum machine.

Stay Up Forever has been name checked by just about every famous DJ in the world, it is notorious for its music being uncompromising and for being staunchly underground.

Over the years the industry has changed and SUF has had to flex a bit to go with the times, the SUF collective was born and under this umbrella is a group of record labels which share a similar vision of staying true to their roots and releasing underground acid techno music for the squat parties and ravers around the world.

They release on 12” vinyl, and the whole operation is still run by Chris Liberator who deals personally with all the labels and artists.
