MPM welcomes Melodiesinfonie! "Be Thankful" is the second album by the Swiss producer and musician, who first stepped onto the scene via his EPs on Soulection. A son of a dedicated jazz fan, Melodiessinfonie grows up surrounded by his dad's audiophile record collection. He becomes a drummer and plays in a couple of experimental psych rock bands. 20 years later, he is one of todsays most promising and challenging producers. Jazz is definitley the teacher, when it comes to Melodiesinfonie's music and without Dilla he would sound different as well. Which can be said about many beatmakers but doesn't do justice to Melodiesinfonie. He is a free spirit who creates his music unaffected from the boundaries of musical genres and business policies. Musicality, vision and spirituality are the cornerstones on which "Be Thankful" is build. The album features musical friends like Marla, Miles Bonny, Djemeia, Anja Joie, Christian Crow, Nothoya and Wodoo Wolcan. It is also the first kollabo between MPM and Boyoom Connective, the artist collective founded by Meldiesinfonie and Maloon The Boom.

More than two years ago, an abandoned Boeing 314 was found near Luanda. A mail bag full of beat tapes was discovered in the cockpit and released to the public. Further investigations were held in a small coastal bar near Petrol Harbor and a new mail bag full of beat tapes has been found. 

It seems that the mail bag may have been transported across three oceans. The flight plan details a departure in Areia Bay, however the destination remains unknown. More importantly, it has been confirmed that a young pilot by the name of Dr.MaD has co-piloted all flights along 
with Lou Piensa during these particular trips. The abandoned plane is still inaccessible to the public.

It was back in October 2012 after a Soulection Radio session that Esta was really brought to our attention.We landed on his Soundcloud and we were immediately impressed by his catalog of production. It was this feeling that we felt as if we were behind on time musically and had been missing out on one of the most diverse artists that we never heard of. Within no time we reached out and started working on Gradient.

There is an undeniable presence that Esta creates within his music that will have you wanting more. Gradient brings sound barriers together to create a well-balanced sound that incorporates soulful and future-bass vibrations. Whether it's high energy drum and melodic patterns or timeless vocal chops from Quadron or M.I.A., Esta manages to bring all avenues of sound together as one.
