Hailing from Portsmouth, Harvey has already seen a remarkable ascent even before releasing music officially - being tipped and playlisted by BT Sport and playing The Isle of Wight Festival earlier this month.
Today sees him release his highly anticipated debut single, the instantly definitive 'Caroline'. With shades of Sam Fender, Johnny Marr and The Black Keys whilst still remaining entirely in his own lane, Dodgson’s debut is a fierce statement of intent from the southerner.
'Caroline' is the first taste of huge things to come from Dodgson over the next year, and by bringing together raw lyrical work with driving instrumentation, effortlessly showcases why the 19 year old is onto such big things.
Harvey has also announced a London show to mark the debut release and showcase the new material live. Booked for the inaugural Undercurrent night at The Waiting Room in Stoke Newington on 20th October he'll be joining fellow South Coast band on the rise, FLOWVERS.

Scooters is the second single from the project, and the song explores relationships, the passing of time and the arrival of winter. The self-produced song blends mellow hip-hop & melodic R&B, and it also features Bristol-based artist Slowe, who has received radio support on BBC Radio 1.

Mona was hauled out from between the sofa cushions of our demos folder, an old favourite that took us a long time to bring ourselves to finish and release, for fear of it being gone. 

Mona is the self-perpetuating narrative that runs through ones mind as you see what you desire at a distance further than can be reached. This track has been strained and filtered through our collective struggles of the past few years and is ultimately a reflection of who we were before through the lens of who we are now.
