This mix I made for a Strike/Kickboxing class at Lifetime Fitness. The group fitness instructor Sandra Lyons and a couple other regular attendees of the class (Kylie and Tom) gave me a list of songs and I mixed them together. I did have to add some additional songs into the mix to make it work. The hardest part was it all had to be 140bpm from beginning to end so that nobody would ever be off step. This is a super fast mix for a very intense and fun fitness class. Enjoy and get your sweat on!
