VII. MYHEARTSAGAME w/JVSTx

I was listening to Deante Kyle Episode 109, and one thing really stuck with me.

A lot of us say we want growth, peace, success, and healing  but we still hold on to habits, mindsets, and comforts that keep us exactly where we are. You can’t evolve while constantly running back to what feels familiar but no longer serves you.

Growth requires honesty with yourself. It requires discipline when motivation fades. And sometimes it means letting go of versions of you that were never meant to come with you into your next chapter.

Nobody is coming to save us. At some point, we have to choose ourselves, daily, intentionally, and even when it’s uncomfortable.

Real change starts when your actions finally match what you say you want.
