Returning to his Rumors imprint following the recently released ‘Rainchecks In Montreal’ in April, Guy Gerber delivers ‘Bocat’, a two track EP of the artist’s trademark intricate and expressive musicianship.

Teaming up with singer/songwriter Albertina for the enchanting title track, the duo combines guitar licks, shuffling percussion, and subtle synth lines with Albertina’s sublime vocal performance. On the flip, ‘Polaris’ sees Gerber take the wheels solo, drawing upon his years of expertise to craft a deep and moving piece complete with twinkling arps, deep low-end, and piano work.

Founded in 2014, Guy Gerber’s Rumors has played host to Dixon, Seth Troxler, P Diddy, and beyond, amassing a vast fanbase since the early clandestine beach parties on the White Island.

Following on from the March release of 'Above Ground', The Cobb returns to -102C with a new single entitled 'Yana'. 2021 proved to be a breakout year for the Russian artist, as he continued to showcase a blend of organic and progressive house across his home labels of Deepwibe Underground and -102C. Perhaps most impressive was his 'Elements' anthology in conjunction with progressive music star Dmitry Molosh. The four release series went down as one of the years most ambitious projects and also gave us a look into a different side of Dmitry. Now continuing on an upwards trajectory, The Cobb presents his second single of year, alongside a remix from Erdi Irmak

Celebrating 9000 followers on the Feinstoff Soundcloud we have a contribution from Stockholm's very own rising star Marcus Christiansen. 

With inspiration taken from Musumeci, Phunkadelica and Multinotes, Marcus set out to make a track that would fit his friend's label Magenta, hence the track's name. With Marcus' signature, tom fills and driving bassline Magenta was supposed to be a hybrid between Italo and the deeper melodic side of house music.

Raised on computer games, science fiction and hockey anthems. It's no surprise that Marcus' music sounds the way it does. Playful melodies in a futuristic environment are presented in a big way—like an anthem is supposed to. 

Marcus' dj-sets could best be described as a retrospective journey into the future, taking on a lot of inspiration from the 80s and 90s with a strong focus on Italo, Dark Disco and EBM, as well as Synthwave and a hint of Trance.

Those who follow Talal know the London-based producer has built quite a discography. His eclectic take on production has granted him releases on renowned labels like Renaissance, Spectrum, and Bar 25. On another add-up to his catalog, the prolific artist joins Inner Shah with a 2-track EP inspired by his trip to Turkey.

On 14 Days in Istanbul, Talal explores two symbiotic tracks that emerge from his unique style and play in a similar environment to deliver divergent outcomes.

An extended arrangement leads the A-side, driving it on a melodic journey through organic percussions and vibrant atmospheres. Tight drums play with a rolling bassline to set a progressive tone and later give room to an idyllic break.

'Lights Out' complements the first track, taking off from common ground to reach a faraway destination. Unlike the other, it develops more straightforwardly keeping a sharper balance between energy and relaxation - a dualism that sounds like daydreaming.
