I wanted a bottom heavy song. I think I got a little  too much bass.  :)Headphones or EQ adjustments are highly recommended. Had interface  maxed out when recording this, still volume overall seems low. Also mid range and highs needed more volume when recording.
 When I was working on basslines I was reminded of Herbie Hancock. He used a single bassline for a song that took up one side of a record !! 
 When one create's something, its easy to get enamered with the sound so as not to know when to ssssssssssssstop !!! : )))

Sometimes people close to us pass away far earlier than expected, and sometimes they come back to visit us in our dreams.

Here's the breakdown of what I used on this track:
Drums: Logic Pro Virtual Drummer Max Punk Rock with the Bluebird drum kit
Bass: Logic Pro Thumb bass with some chorus and delay
Electric Piano: Korg SV-1 Reed EP-2 preprocessed with chorus and plate delay, post processed with echo, spreader, ensemble and flanger. With all these effects and a sustain pedal, if you hold the pedal down and repeat notes in rapid succession, a crescendo effect is created (with the built in analogue amplifier).
Synth: Logic Pro (Alchemy) Strings Morph and Buss Bar (Funky Crunchy)
