To celebrate the end of 2020, I had the opportunity to share a couple of sets deep in the Mayan jungle with an incredible group of people. This is a re-creation of the final night, spent celebrating and dancing until sunrise one final time.

Bringing us our next EXPLORATIONS we have Melbourne residing force of Nature CHELSEA BROWN.

Miss Brown was classically trained from a young age and while her fingers were learning the classical stuff her ears were rocking out to rock royalty SHIHAD and NIRVANA however it was a scorching gig from our own SALMONELLA DUB that sent her cartwheeling into the electronic world.

Travels and international experiences have further shaped this appreciation.
LAB parties in Melbourne, trips to Berlin and Australia's penchant for quality festivals further pushed her towards her destiny on the decks.

Running THE theme camp/doof destination BEAN BAG BABYLON has resulted in a fun, rewarding and rich education in electronica with constant talent on the revolving line up in BEAN BAG BABYLON.
Their RAINBOW SERPANT FESTIVAL closing sets are a thing of legend and have often hosted the worlds best for this occasion.

Taking inspiration from producers such as COSS. BEN BOHMER. ARATUNI and IORIE and labels such as KATTERMUKKE, ANUNJADEEP and BEAT N PATH. Her sound is an analogue bubbling warmth that is engaging and thoughtful.

This mix was recorded in a rare gap In Melbournes seemingly never ending lockdowns in a secluded picturesque landscape with the warm late afternoon sun shining down and this mix reflects just that.

As a hymn to the beauty & power of autumn I wanted to blend some melodic techno tracks & afro house from artists such as MoBlack, Frankey & Sandrino, Audiojack, Dinky, Damian Lazarus, Hacker & Miethig and Super Flu to name a few with some of my favourite contemplative hypnotic tracks from Giegling records with artists such as Edward, Leafar Legov, Traumprinz,  map.ache(how do you pronounce it?)

Thank you Cemile, Peter & Pär + crew for arranging an amazing party, and thanks for all the good vibes, dancing and support! Was an amazing experience to play seeing the fullmoon reflected in the water, and everyone dancing in the light of the bonfires!

The 64 Series:
I Ching, The Oracle of the Cosmic Ways is, in part, a manual for a revolution within the psyche.  It teaches that we can overthrow the pretty tyranny of an isolated intellect and restore the natural balance and total energy of psyche, through a process of insight (identifying, with the help of the Sage, the manifestations of the collective ego within one's own personal ego) and resolution (discovering avenues of liberation from the inner grip of ego). The reader will find this process consistently, and often iteratively, expressed through out the text; the reader will also notice that the sage varies the inner flavor of the message from one hexagram to the next, as pecular aspects of the cosmic teaching are revealed in the lantern-light's passage over the shifts and contours of the mottled landscape.
