The next release on Celesta Recordings come from the label owner himself, AJ Christou has already had releases on the imprints Material Series, Wow Recordings or Underground Audio.

His “Venezuela EP” has a dreamy melodic Latin-American vocal combined with a percussive tech house rhythm takes you straight to South America. Finally the EP is rounded up by a remix by our Debut Transmission today from the Chilean DJ and producer Francisco Allendes who is now residing in Ibiza. His influences perfectly complete the record when he keeps up the rhythmical flair of the original and combines it with a powerful bass drum and catchy synth lines.

Moss Co. returns with rising Italian star Noha for a thoughtful 3 tracker remixed by label boss Archie Hamilton.

Loopo Di Mare on the A1 is a positively groovy affair. Rolling percussion and driving stabs modulate and talk to each other playfully, punctuated by big pad sweeps and mini breaks keeping the dance floor enthralled; the kind of track that could be deployed effectively at any time of night and have a different result each time.

Cat takes a more heads-down approach. Loose and lively percussion meets a concurrent synth,  sustaining pressure throughout the intro, hinting at deeper message which is finally delivered in the form of a powerfully emotive lead. Guaranteed eyes-closed, heads down.

Archie Hamilton toughens up the percussion in his interpretation of Cat on the flip side. Driving bass meets crisp highs, tight drums and a hypnotic, distant vocal. The lead is kept until the first break where it is used to great effect - kept close to the original, but with added warmth and distortion. A tried and tested dance-floor bomb.
