Pedro Mercado is an international artist based in Belgium. An experienced & passionate DJ, his style of music is a unique blend ranging from deep-, organic, afro-, melodic- & progressive-house to ethereal techno.

As a Producer, Pedro Mercado is one of the most successful Belgian artists in this style of music, regularly reaching the Beatport Top 100 on many highly regarded international labels--garnering invitations to play gigs all over the world. Pedro Mercado also hosts many radio shows, including residencies on Proton Radio & Frisky Radio.

In 2017 Pedro started up his own label Chrom Recordings together with his Ibiza mate Mike from Planet Ibiza (@planetibiza). In a a few years time, Chrom has grown into a very credible label & brand with great artists, many followers & important support, hosting label showcases all over the world. @chrom-recordings

Quarantäne Zeit

Mit überschlagenen Beinen liege ich auf meinem Bett. Graues Tageslicht dringt durch das geöffnete Fenster in mein Zimmer. Das Wetter passt perfekt zu meiner Stimmung, trüb, lustlos und irgendwie drückend. Seit über zwei Wochen befinde ich mich nun schon in Quarantäne. Alles ging plötzlich so schnell, dass Ergebnis kam und mit ihm die Auflagen. Hausarrest, kein Besuch und sämtliche Einkäufe über einen Lebensmittel-Lieferdienst direkt vor die Haustür. Anfangs genoss ich noch die Einsamkeit. Ich schaute viele Filme und Serien, laß endlich einen Fantasy Roman zu Ende, welchen ich vor 4 Jahren begonnen hatte und bekochte mich selbst. Doch bereits nach den ersten Woche kippte meine Stimmung. Ich fühlte mich eingeengt, wollte endlich raus und unter Menschen. Doch was mir am meisten fehlte, waren meine Familie & Freunde. Ab und an traf ich meine Liebsten zu einer Zoom Konferenz, dass war immerhin ein kleiner Trost. 
Obwohl ich es mir so gemütlich wie nur irgend möglich machte, bekam ich langsam aber sicher das Gefühl, den Verstand zu verlieren. Krampfhaft versuchte ich mich abzulenken, mich irgendwie zu beschäftigen. Mit Pinsel und Tusche malte ich Bilder. Doch kaum war das Werk vollendet, zerriss ich das Blatt, weil ich das formlose Gekrakel nicht ertrug. Ich sah ein, dass mir die Kunst nicht lag. Deshalb probierte ich mich intellektuell-investigativ. Ich begann zu recherchieren und zu hinterfragen. Google wurde mein bester Freund und Albtraum zugleich. Ich sah Videos, Dokumentationen und hörte Beiträge, die mein Weltbild bis auf die Grundfesten erschütterten. Von der Weltverschwörung durch einige international agierende Familien, bis zum leben in einer allumfassenden Computersimulation war alles dabei ...
Mit zittrigen Fingern klappe ich meinen Laptop zu. Eines steht fest, ich weiß, dass ich nichts weiß. Soweit war die Menschheit auch schon vor 2500 Jahren. Es hat sich weniger geändert als gedacht und ich bin heilfroh, wenn das alles vorbei ist. 

Haidy beglückt uns heute mit einer vorzüglichen Mischung aus Klassikern & brandneuen Hits. Einschlägige Melodien treffen auf bezirzende Vocals, Bässe tanzen leichtfüßig mit treibenden Percussions & zischenden Hat’s. Ein rundum schlüssiges Werk, welches sowohl den Zeitgeist trifft, als auch Erinnerungen an gute & alte Zeiten hervorruft. 
Haidy stammt ursprünglich aus dem Raum Hannover und begeistert sich seit Jahren leidenschaftlich für Fotografie und Musik. Beruflich hat es ihn Mitte des Jahres in die Hauptstadt verschlagen. Nun lebt er in Berlin seinen Traum und wir wünschen ihm alles erdenklich gute und senden einen lieben Gruß in die Spreemetropole.

Aufgewachsen in Berlinentdeckte Lucas bereits in jungen Jahren seine Liebe zur elektronischen Musik und zieht nun schon seit er Anfang 20 ist als DJ um die Häuser. So streicht er einen geilen Club nach dem anderen von seiner Wunschliste. Seine musikalische Reise hat Ihn dabei, Zusammen mit seinen Crews Katz&Kauz und LTMD, schon in so einige Floors in Berlin, Hamburg, Kiel und Breslau getrieben aber am kreativsten wird er in seinem Studio in seiner Heimatstadt Berlin, wo er zuletzt genug Zeit verbracht hat, um seinen ersten Release zu vollenden. Mit verträumt melodischen aber treibenden Techno bringt er den Dancefloor zum Beben, ein Style der sich auch in seiner Musikproduktion gut widerspiegelt.

Nachdem Rauschhaus den Track "Measured", unseres liebenswerten Duos Felix Raphael & Yannek Maunz, in die Hand nahm und ihn, mit seinem Remix, in ein verblüffend schönen melancholischen Clubtrack verwandelte, können wir nun verkündigen, dass er es sich ebenso nicht nehmen lassen hat, einen Podcast für uns aufzunehmen.

DJ und Producer Moritz Rausch stammt aus der Stadt Kiel bei Hamburg. Aus einer musikalischen Familie stammend, lernte er schon in jungen Jahren Klavier spielen, spielte Schlagzeug und trainierte seine Stimme. Seit seiner Jugend war er stets Mitglied in verschiedenen Bandprojekten und konzentrierte sich auf HipHop und Pop.
Seine Reise durch die elektronische Musik begann er im Jahr 2010 und erfand bald darauf sein "Rauschhaus"-Alias. Nach Jahren des Experimentierens entwickelte er schließlich seinen einzigartigen Stil, der die Menschen begeistert.
In einem Interview erzählte er uns, dass er früher eigentlich Koch werden wollte, neben den zahlreichen Tracks die er uns heute zubereitet, steht er auch privat gerne noch am Herd.
Als wir ihn nach seinem schönsten Auftritt fragten, schwelgte er in Erinnerungen und dachte zurück an das Jahr 2015, als er mit Peter Groskreutz auf der Tanzwüste (Fusion-Festival), die Nacht zum Tag machte. Für ihn bleibt dieses Erlebnis nur schwer zu toppen.

After Rauschhaus took the track "Measured", by our lovable duo Felix Raphael & Yannek Maunz, in his hands and transformed it, with his remix, into an amazingly beautiful melancholic club track, we can now announce that he has also decided to record a podcast for us.

DJ and producer Moritz Rausch is from the city of Kiel near Hamburg. Coming from a musical family, he learned to play the piano at a young age, played drums and trained his voice. Since his youth he was always a member of different band projects and concentrated on HipHop and Pop.
He started his journey through electronic music in 2010 and soon after he invented his "Rauschhaus" alias. After years of experimenting, he finally developed his unique style that inspires people.
In an interview he told us that he actually wanted to become a cook in the past, but apart from the numerous tracks he prepares for us today, he still likes to stand at the stove in his private life.
When we asked him about his most beautiful performance, he reminisced and thought back to the year 2015, when he and Peter Groskreutz turned night into day on the "Tanzwüste(Fusion-Festival)". For him, this experience remains difficult to top.

His artistic reputation continuously grows and has led him to performing at some of the most renowned electronic music venues in Germany and South Africa such as Mensch Meier, Anderswelt, AfrikaBurn Festival, Silodom, Waagenbau, KONA and Mødular among others.

You can expect a wide array of sounds from Emmzet's dj sets, with his unique signature style of progressive house & melodic techno. Perfectly curated for the moment and always with the aim of raising the energy on the dance-floor and to enthuse the crowd.

Cori K:

Being in love with electronic music since her early teenager years and having lived in different cities around the globe, Cori K was influenced by various artists and places. Finally finding her way to Berlin, she got deeply connected with the techno scene and found her home in Hamburg in 2016.

Up to play a wide range of sounds from some groovy and melodic tunes to more bouncy downtempo - always with the aim to make you move your body, while she cannot stop dancing herself.

Rhythmic beats and a great atmosphere let stardust blow through the audience. Hafenkande takes the audience on a journey through the world of melodic techno. In our latest podcast they make common cause with their label colleague "Emmzet".
In the interview they told us about their so far unfulfilled dream to fly through the troposphere with a parachute. We can already see them figuratively flying through the air as a trio.
Furthermore, we wanted to know from them on which topic they could hold a 30 minute presentation without any problems. We wouldn't have them here if they didn't specialize in electronic music. Hours of babble about producing, labels, club nights, DJing would be no problem at all.
