When you meet Stojche for the first time and start talking to him, you are quickly impressed by his personality and how he philosophises about electronic music. Like all great ambassadors of music and their craft, there's a genunine warmth and openness which is hard not to like. This openness is also noticeable in his music, the influences of Detroit Techno and Chicago are unmistakable. The ease of mixing and the extraordinary selection of tracks make his sets something special. Over the last decade he has slowly etched his name of Europe's underground circuit, contributing his music to labels like A.r.t.less, DMK, Subwax, Sungate and Infiltrate, to name just a few. Last year he realised and released his first solo album ,,Urban Chaos'' on his own great imprint Tangible Assets, a tribute to his hometown Skopje.

I am thrilled to present Techno Legend Joey Beltram's Warehouse Manifesto Guest Mix.

A man who needs no introduction whatsoever. One of techno's greatest without doubt. The man who created the seminal 'Energy Flash'. The man who produced 'Forklift' and 'Ball Park' - both slabs of techno genius. And a slew of brilliant releases, too many to mention.

One of the first records I ever bought was 'Places' on Tresor in 1995. It is quite simply one of the best techno albums ever released and is the best representation of underground techno out there. Including tracks like 'Game Form' and 'Instant' and my particular favorite 'Floaters'.

Joey has provided us with an amazing mix of techno stompers. Listen for yourself!

EPM Podcast 135 comes from DJ and producer DJ Rush. DJ Rush's hard techno sets are legendary from his birthplace of Chicago to his adopted home of Berlin. A 6’6” self-styled techno freak, the producer of such monsters as ‘Freaks on Hubbard’ and ‘Get On Up’ frequently mixes techno with unrestrained energy and a cheeky smile. His tough-jacking party vision shines through in this energised mix that whips up the likes of Jack Frost, Kyle Geiger, S-File, Tenzella, Pfirter, Goncalo M, Linken Ray, Secluded and of course all the while peppered with Rush’s own raw drum machine funk. 

DJ Rush draws on his varied taste in music from contemporary Brazilian Jazz, and rare disco to The Beatles to take you on a tour of the deep side of reality, mind and soul through his vision of rhythmic percussive style. Rush gives recordings physical and mind-puzzling energy. The 6'6" giants' open-minded attitude to life is: Take me for what I am or don't take me at all. Born in Chicago (USA), he grew up on the South Side and started to party at a very young age, immediately picking up on the fever of the music. He would attend clubs like The Ringzone, Playground, The Candystore and The Music Box. 

Before he began playing gigs in Chicago, he started making tracks in his bedroom with his friends' sinsonic drums. In Rush’s own words, "It's always important and interesting to make music according to your feelings and experiences", which is exactly what he does every time. 

Continuing to fly the flag for his high intensity, hard jacking style his Kne’ Deep label is fast approaching its 100th release. The new album Kne' Deep Compilation Vol 1. is out now.
