Growing up in the underground scene of northern Italy, Lowheads is an Italian / Ghanaian duo.
Their sound is a blend of New York's funky-disco-afrobeat mixed with the 80s and 90s electronics and the Chicago's rhythms. LowHeads music is the result of two individual minds and souls melt in a single idea.
Their style is characterized by deep and enveloping bass, a purely house music groove that merge an electronic trainer, bassline, synthesizers and an old school mood.

Foster, known as a multitalented force of singer/songwriter who's toured the world for over a decade with Parliament-Funkadelic, won a grammy for her co-writing on D’Angelo & The Vanguard’s Black Messiah, most recently set forth as a solo act with her 2016 eponymous sophomore album. This may be Kendra’s first foray into house music, but she’s no stranger to the groove. Lowheads - At Home with the Crew

"Si, viaggiare" is a song composed by Lucio Battisti and Mogol, and performed by Lucio Battisti. It was released as a single in March 1977, as B-side of the song "Amarsi un pò". The same year Battisti released an English version of the single for international markets, called "Keep on Cruising". In this new arrangement, a Tech House groove give her new life for refined modern dancefloors, which respects the spirit of the original song.

Young gun Liam Mockrdige links with Lowheads featuring Johnny Kulo for a new single on Get Physical that comes with a remix from Jelico to make it another vital package. 

Mockrdige is based in Germany and brings special e-funk magic to his music. It encourages you to get down and dance and here he works with Lowheads, an Italian/Ghanian duo from the North of Italy's underground scene who mix New York’s funky disco and afro beat sounds with raw house. 

Their superb single ‘Mess Around’ received a release in July as a live mix but sees a full package here which opens with the excellent Club mix. It’s feel good, lush and organic house with real emotion, heart and soul. 

Swoon Recordings main man Jelico is one half of Get Physical duo Stereo.type and here offers a remix that has crisp house drums, drenches the vocal in echo and makes for a real classy and deep tune that will get hands in the air. 

This is a fantastically emotive and musical take on house music

Steve Costa aka Stefano Amalfi class 1984, was born in Messina, Sicily.
Really came to light when he won the DIESEL-U-MUSIC Contest in 2004, this success has allowed him to perform alongside with 2 Many DJs, DJ Andy Smith (Portishead).
In 2008 he won the BACARDI B-LIVE Contest with the song "HORIZON", performing alongside with Saturnino (bassist of Lorenzo Jovanotti), Tiefschwarz, and many others. 
From 2005 to 2015 he has become a producer and sound engineer for Sound Division and Molto Recordings, He has produced and/or remixes for Robbie Rivera, D.O.N.S., Matte Botteghi, Ema Stokholma, Giusy Consoli, Fuzzy Hair, Francesco Rossi, Polina, and many others.. 
Continues his freelance career today with a new production, remix, live DJ set and as half of the "Lowheads" with Nana Duah [Crew Love] and member of "Midnight Sky" [Material Music] .
