Check out the +2hr set I played at Oetelrave IV Barkade Den Bosch 10-02-2024. It was a great night, raving between the arcade games and the nice terrace near the water. Oh and it was Carnival too 👹 I served a mixture of adventurous modern techno, dirty analogue distorted rhythms, mental acidtekno and some hardcore rave classics. And to close the night they allowed me to do 2 encore tracks 🥳 Big up @bobsoundsystem and Barkade for hosting such a nice evening, and thank you ravers for dancing till the very end 💜

In a fast paced world, I felt the need to take things slow. To re-balance & reset priorities within the rush of this life of opportunities. While refining my inner perspective, let’s embrace the moment and include a proper soundtrack. And DO what I like to do most of all things; SHARE beautiful MUSIC, in an adventurous manner. So here it is, Keep on Drifting 9. This 2hr session explores some very obvious vocal guilty pleasures, melancholic daydreamers, warm bass lines, funky breakbeats, fresh hybrids, nostalgic reworks, a bit of comic relief, sinister synths, a dystopian future and a touch of drama. Cruising from 116 to 131 BPM, I hope you will find comfort and/or excitement from this recording.

A notorious DJ, collector and producer since 1998, he has played a major role in the Dutch Free Party scene with his crew: ZMK Soundsystem. Their unique blend of tekno, hardtek, hardcore and breaks instantly spread across Europe, through their vinyl label and various sublabels. From 2010 Stefan ZMK started to release his tracks on various European labels like Obs.Cur, Peur Bleue, Mackitek, Hangar, Hit ’n Run, etc. With tracks like Summoned, Predator and Surrender, he has made a firm mark on the rising Acidtekno and Acidcore scene. Those sought-after records are a fresh combination of acidic, mental and industrial sounds, with the fierce impact of techno and hardcore. 
His unique sound and insane cross-genre mixing skills has taken him all over Europe, even playing major events like Dominator, Q-base, Totemystik, Retro Acid, DefQon1, Lost Theory, Bangface Weekender, PRSPCT XL, Winter Conspiracy, X-live, Foorcore, Elements Mountain Festival, Nowhere Spain etc. 
And since the first C19 lockdown, Stefan teamed up with Li-Z to host the bimonthly cross genre radioshow MXSRS on PRSPCT Radio. 

Over the years, he has gained the reputation for smoothly switching between contrasting styles, using obscure elements, custom edits and the freshest beats available. And with over 23 years of experience, he is considered to be, one of the most booked Dutch DJs from the free-party movement.
