We co-created this sacred space "CHRYSALIS as a womb for humanity to
rebirth like the womb of our Mother Earth. As a family offering for the
earth to express our love and trust to her and also for the awakening of
humanity to take care of her and each other.

This compilation offers a space for deep contemplation, transformation,
meditation and expansion of consciousness. A sonic sanctuary where you
can retreat into whenever you seek solace, peace, inner guidance,
relaxation and grounding.

We are deeply touched and filled with gratitude for all the Vibratory
Shamanas & Shamans who have offered us soundscapes embedded with their
unique soul frequencies.

Each of the pieces contains codes and information that will resonate
with and activate the ones who are ready and open to receive. We would
be happy if this music can serve and assist as a sound track in your

This track is a contribution to the Well-Being Cities project.

Well-Being Cities is a unique collaboration between Cities and Memory and C40, a global network of mayors of nearly 100 world-leading cities collaborating to deliver the urgent action needed right now to confront the climate crisis.

The project asks artists to reimagine soundscapes representing well-being in cities – whether environmental, social, climate-related or cultural – with sound works being presented at the C40 Summit in Buenos Aires in October.

– What does a city that prioritizes health and well-being sound like?
– How can we use sound to reflect on what an equitable, healthy and climate-safe approach to wellbeing looks like for cities?
– What would a truly green, resilient and equitable city sound like?

"The Piece is called "Welcome to Abundancia". Abundancia is the name of the imaginary city that has achieved a state of total balance, harmony, abundance and integration of nature. It serves as a playground and safe home for it citizens and provides all that is needed for its people and animals to thrive and (Abun)dance together. The track invites you to experience how it sounds and feels to spent a day in this magical sanctuary from sunrise to sunset.

In Abundancia people have found a way to remove all stress and toxicity and to live in harmony and flow by getting rid of all distracting and unnecessary elements, by focusing on what brings joy and well-being and by living in community instead of isolation. The city has its name because the main goal is to offer and create abundance for all. It  has huge community gardens that provide high quality organic food and medicine plants for everyone and many sources of pure clean and fresh water can be found in and around the city. There are also beautiful parks where people do spiritual practices like Yoga, Meditation, Qi-Gong etc. together. 

The citizens of Abundancia live in joy, happiness and a sense of fulfillment and purpose because all jobs and services are directly connected to support and serve the community. And everyone has the opportunity and is encouraged to follow their passion. They also understand that they create their reality individually and collectively based on their thoughts, beliefs and emotions and that there is no limitation to what they can create except for what they can't imagine. People realized that fear and lack have been created in the past by limiting and negative beliefs but everyone in Abundancia is constantly reminded of the power they have as creator beings and that's why fear no longer exists because people have realized that it does not serve them to focus on fearful and negative thoughts and instead they always ask themselves how they can create more beauty, love and abundance.

The city is very colorful and a huge playground for all kinds of creative expressions and art forms. The people in Abundancia have understood and mastered the meta-physical principles of frequency, energy, vibration and resonance and  therefore the architecture and design reflects and is based on sacred geometry and cosmic harmonics that help to create an energy field of coherence and harmony in and around the city.

I am deeply grateful to be able to participate in this project and know deep in my heart that Abundancia is not just a fantasy but a memory from the not so distant future.

This Sound Healing Journey was recorded with loving intentions during the Winter Solstice Dec 21st 2022 to offer a tool for aligning, balancing and harmonizing our energy centers in order to be able to integrate and apply incoming high frequencies better. The more resonant and harmonically aligned we become the better those energies can serve us on our journey. 

This journey is a sonic alchemy between ancient and modern sound healing technologies.

It contains recordings of classical sound healing instruments like Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and a Shamanic Drum as well as cutting edge frequency modulation synthesis and binaural brainwave entrainment to allow for deep relaxation, realignment and healing.

This sonic attunement uses a 528 Hz frequency pulsed as an isochronic tone of 4,5 Hz - also refered to as a state of shamanic consciousness.

The “Theta state vibrates between 4 – 7,5Hz and is associated with deep meditation, intuitive receptivity, healing and relaxation as well as enhanced creative abilities and profound insights.

The Shamanic Drum supports to ground and connect with the earth and it can help to move stagnant energy.

7 crystal bowls attuned to the resonance frequencies of the main energy centers of the body (“chakras”) and tuned to the cosmic tuning of 432 Hz are played one after the other to activate and balance the energy flow in those centers. This can allow stagnant energy to flow and remove energy blockages.

Each Chakra is being atoned for 6 min with the according Singing Bowls and drones and pads that have been created by sound design of the original bowl recordings, so all sounds have an organic origin.

All the sounds and frequencies are modulated in divine numbers and proportions like the golden mean ratio and digits of 3,6,9.

This Sound Journey was created with loving intentions during the Full Moon in Aries on Sep 29 2023 and its supercharged and infused with its powerful eneriges. You can see it as a Sonic Ritual that seeks to support you to let go of old patterns and negative beliefs. It aims to provide you with the power, strength, will and assertiveness that Aries is known for when in alignment with the greater good for all. 

To amplify this intention the journey is tuned to and infused with the Solfeggio Frequency of 417 Hz. The 417 Hz frequency is best known for its ability to cleanse negative energy.

This Sound Journey came trough on the new moon of Nov 30 2024. It is dedicated to new beginnings, leaving the past behind and opening to the mystery and blessings that surround us at all times. It carries the vibration of the beautiful Bobinsana spirit. Bobinsana is a master plant teacher that has helped me in profound ways to let go, to relax and to find a deep connection to nature, my soul and my ancestors. 

It's a very vulnerable share in which I work with my voice for the first time openly. Those chants came trough after meditating with the land and connecting with my soul here in Costa Rica at Awake - a magical conscious community and retreat space.

I played on Valentines day so many of the tracks are based around the theme of love and heart opening. Every design carries its own specific meaning. For example,
to bring healing, wisdom, protection or to attract abundance.
These ‘artful prayers’ can be sung by the Shipibo because each design also functions as a musical score, called an ‘Icaro’.

The design element and the ‘Icaro’ operate
cohesively to carry the power of the healing
or blessing.

If you would ask me which spiritual teachings/ esoteric information or metaphysical concepts have had the most impact on my life so far I would definetly say the channeled teachings of ✨BASHAR✨. In particular his formula of „Acting on your highest Excitement“

It's amazing and truely remarkable how my life has changed and keeps improving by following this principles to the best of my abilities from moment to moment.

I am deeply grateful to have been guided to recieve this information and about the postive effect it has on my life that i acted upon  my highest excitment (which is making music) to create sth that reflects that state of being. *

👉1. Take action on the opportunity that contains the highest excitement.

- the highest excitement doesn't have to come in a form of a career
- as long as an option contains even a little more excitement than any other option, act on it first
- excitement is your physical bodies translation of a communication from your higher mind., respond to it by acting on the excitement
- check your beliefs to make sure you aren't making anxiety to be  excitement
- check your beliefs to make sure you aren't making excitement appear to be anxiety through fear-based definitions

👉2. Act on that excitement to the best of your ability.

- use all your skills, talents, imagination and abilites in taking the action
- act to the fullest degree you are able to act
- if more than one opportunity has equal ability to be acted upon, choose either and it will show you wether or not to continue down that path
- keep acting on it until you have no more ability to act 
- when you can act no further, choose the next most exciting thing you are able to take action on
- recognize the signs, reflections and agreements that indicate an inability to take action
- physical parameters, laws of society, moral values and ethical standards can all indicate wehter or not you have the ability to take action

👉3. Act on that excitement with absolutely zero insistance or assumption with respect to a specific outcome.

- understand that insistance on a specific outcome, manifestation or path may actually prevent a better manifestation than you have imagined
- the thing itself that excites you may not need to come to fruitio, it may only excite you to get you to take action in order to create the state of being in which the thing that actually needs to manifest can do so

Acting on this three-part formula with integrity aligns you with the complete tool kit of excitement that:

- provides every form of support, abundance and information you need
- becomes the driving engine that moves you forward
- acts as the organizing principle that shows you what to act on in what order and when
- presents you with the path of least resistance to flow through life
- connects you to all other expressions of your excitement no matter what form they come in
- becomes the reflecting mirror that reveals anything within your beliefs that is out of alignment with your true vibration of excitement
- leaves nothing relevant out
