Mars (Summer) Weather Today kicks off with Yinan @justyinan . She is based in Berlin hailing from China. In this hour, she is going to push the boundary of mixing and blending ambient, vocal and electronics through her unique theatrical narratives.

Yinan’s journey in electronic music started in the DIY scene of Rhode Island and was developed later in her hometown Shanghai. She has since co-organized club night + workshop series HTTP, centering queer FLINTA+ communities locally and across the China. Since moving to Berlin two years ago to pursue a graduate degree in experimental physics, she co-founded Sapphistry – a gender expansive, pleasure positive club night for qq flintaai+ bbs to exchange energy. Motivated by the nurturing power of collaboration and a deep love for the dancefloor, she is no genre purist as there are always so much out there on the music horizon to remain curious.
