Shona lays Nomvula’s amazing vocals over a very subtle and pluck driven sound with beautiful chord progression and an arty groove with constant spine chilling moments.  Shona's unique afro percussion, marimba, atmosphere signature brings out the simmering energies to the fore.  Here Nomvula has a personal conversation with Adonai, seeking redemption and in the subsequent cleansing,  the heaven's gates open up to her. This story is an uplifting song to anyone from any religion that no matter how lost we are, we can still be redeemed for all our wrongs.
