Back in August 2020, during the midst of a global pandemic, a storm came through and lighting struck! The end result being the loss of our studio and damage to the drummer's house. He finally was able to move to his house and now we begin getting the studio back together. This song is about having each other's back during the time when we all "walk through the fire".

In August 2020, during the midst of the global pandemic, a storm came through the east coast of USA and lighting struck! The end result being the loss of our studio, all of our recording equipment, and extensive damage to our drummer's house.
The songs on "From the ashes" were recorded a couple months before the catastrophe and were able to be recovered from a hard drive that survived the fire.

Formed in the year 2000, Philadelphia’s Stellarscope are a staple of the indie rock scene with their unique brand of post-punk indie rock. Their music is dark and emotive yet it still has a pop sensibility to it. Stellarscope’s energetic live performances has garnered the band accolades from their peers as well as their fans. With multiple releases under their belts they continue to march forward and evolve with the times.
Their music has appeared in many compilations and tribute albums, documentaries as well as on MTV, A&E, Discovery Channel, Alli Sports TV, and more.

Rock Back for Ecuador exclusive track.

Rock Back for Ecuador is a disaster relief compilation being released by U.S. indie label Patetico Recordings. The label is partnering with independent artists and several small indie labels around the globe to make this happen. They have all come together in order to raise funds for victims of the recent catastrophic earthquakes in Ecuador. All money raised will go directly to the relief efforts. 

The concept of the Rock Back compilation series was born in 2011, when disaster hit Japan and Tom Lugo, Patetico Recordings’ label owner acted on his empathy for charitable causes and non-profit organizations by reaching out to the community of artists he has in his network. They collectively put together a compilation and the profits were donated to relief efforts. The response was overwhelming, over 100 artists from across the globe joined in the efforts. What was to be a single CD compilation grew into the 8-disc compilation Rock Back for Japan. The compilation series hit the top 10 Indie Rock releases on Amazon.com’s chart for several weeks, with certain volumes holding the number 1 spot.
