"Today You, Tomorrow Me". It was inspired by a stranger going out of his way to help me carry a wine fridge down the street after seeing me struggle... He said "today you, tomorrow me". Once I got home, I wrote this tune.

Release Notes:
The aural landscape provided by "Today You, Tomorrow Me" is replete with atmospheric context. Emotive images of hope and optimism wend their way through the opener as if travelling down a coruscating mountain road, confronted by a dramatic landscape as the world around converges in a moment of epiphany. Awe-inspiring natural forces then provide a backdrop of mental imagery as rolling waves and white horses translate to musicals equivalents throughout the "7am Mix".

Sieg's mastery provokes contemplation as the jagged beats of "On Your Own" jut out of the aural landscape akin to rocks rising up through an ominous and brooding seascape. Juxtaposed against this are soft and mellifluous melodic patterns that rise and fall in flowing beauty around their beat driven counterparts with effortless ease; waves coalesce and dissipate around the rock edges occasionally crashing into their surface with dramatic impact.

Outwardly innocuous in its opening movement, the "Unique Repeat" remix stands apart. Images of significant portent are summoned as a dramatic bass line matches a foreboding skyline before a crystalline lead line lacerates the audioscape, piercing a barren landscape with driving rain while simultaneously providing a sense of cleansing hope and vibrancy.

Furkan Senol delivers a progressive melodic banger, lifting of with smooth pads and lovely pluck sounds and continuing with sweet a piano melo and tight bassline. Furkan manages to create a lovely atmosphere with his break followed by a amazing synth lead.

We welcome Musty from Argentina with a damn sweet progressive mix, great chord progression and a pluck where pryda would be jealous off. The melodie surrounded by a short vocal sample , pads and piano melodie takes you on a journey through sound.

Another amazing producer from Japan called KaNa famous from here Otographic releases and Progressive trademark sound. Delivering a oustanding crossover between  Trance and House using all possible sounds and effects to make this a winner. What a build up !

Completing the package with Sam Hughes with his incredible smooth interpretation of Wind. Chilling sounds combined with a sweet chord progression and tight soft bassline. His lovely break with wind effects and melodies are truly wonderfull.

After his debut on Summer Melodies Vol.3, Finnish upriser Caira returns with a wonderful track Stay With Me, pairing with original, we have remixes from Skyhunter, Astrevea and Tristan Armes.

Known with his sounds on combining progressive house with trance elements, the original specialized on this fusion, uptempo beat and solid bassline with a strong and melodic lead, alongside with atmospheric pads and widen vocal chops, already a great start for the whole release. In a more melodic take, Skyhunter provides with a soothing and relaxing style of arrangement, more emphasizing on the reverb atmospheric elements and beautiful piano melodies.

Other two remixes are from the returning veterans, first we have the Norwegian Nistad, once again under his Astrevea guise, continuing his flavor of melodic goodness. Soft arps swimming within the sea of chords, pairing with subtle melodies and sunset vibes. Last but definitely not the least, towards a more trancy approach, Tristan Armes lifts up the original into a lively and uplifting moment, putting the splash of sun rays into a jar of happiness, leaving such vibes to Stay With you and Me. The main melody shines through in the climax, reaching the majestic and heaven-like state.

Sergey Tolstov aka Stendahl discovered his love for music in the childhood ages and started learning the piano in 1996. Growing up, he was influenced by Smooth Jazz and Melodic Electronica, with his biggest inspirations being Robert Miles, ATB, The Prodigy, and Brian Culbertson.
Stendahl began his music career as a producer in 2012. His first release came out in 2014 on Silk Music (now Monstercat Silk), and he has since had many releases with this well-known Melodic House label. The other labels Stendahl worked with are Enormous Chills, Armada, Sekora and more. In 2015, he started DJing and has played a lot of nightclub and festival gigs since then.
As a professional piano player, Stendahl's deep passion for the instrument can be noticed in almost every aspect of his music production. He mixes different styles, not sticking to one genre, which makes his tracks unique and fresh. His compositions always carry sincere encouragement for listeners to think, dream, dance, and enjoy every moment of life.
With lots of new releases coming, as well as his own Rewoven label launched together with another Melodic House veteran Mango in 2023, Stendahl is excited to share more of the finest electronic music with the world.
