Premiere: Weekend Heroes - Delta [Dreaming Awake]

Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint presents the sixth installment of it's 'Correlation' series. Released in August of 2017, the inaugural edition featured a unique blend of untapped talent along with industry veterans, resulting in a cohesive fusion of artists from across the world. The label's borderless music policy was also well represented, showcasing a wide spectrum of electronica, from organic house to melodic house and deeper progressive grooves. In past editions, Sound Avenue has kept the track selection concise, with an average of just ten submissions making the final release. The continued growth of label affiliates 3rd Avenue, Crossfade Sounds, and Future Avenue have propelled the label's demo submissions exponentially across the last years. Add to that, a continually expanding music policy, and the 2024 edition of ‘Correlation' was finalized with eighteen beautiful selections.

German DJ and producer Lexer is back with a melodic house & techno single 'Ombak'. From the start, 'Ombak' features a bass-heavy drum line. As the track progresses the listener is introduced to the main melody and one shot synths. Undoubtedly, Lexer created a track that will get every person in a club, party, or festival grooving. The Arabesque melodic one-shots add another level of energy to the track. 'Ombak' will resonate with any house and techno aficionado. Moreover, paired with the release of 'Ombak' is the remix by Gunnar Stiller.
Gunnar Stiller's techno remix features a darker tone than the original. The remix keeps the melodic elements from the original while delivering a heavier bassline and rougher synths. The original and remix are released on the well-known label ​Lost on You​.

STEPEP is a self-taught electronic music producer from Munich, who likes to blend sounds from various styles and genres. His music is influenced from House, Afro, Deep- and Tech to soulful garage and breakbeat, creating a unique and versatile style of its own.

 “I like to create music that fits my mood and that I can connect with emotionally. That’s why all of my tracks sound a bit different from one another.”

His inspiration comes from diverse sources such as nature, art, books, and all kinds of music he enjoys. He is also passionate about learning and improving his music production skills. He has participated in the Toolroom Academy Production Certificate in 2018 and the Toolroom Academy Creativity Unlocked course in 2019.

Besides working full time as an IT Professional, STEPEP spends his nights and weekends producing emotional electronic music.
