We hope you enjoy this free Seven Directions® Breathwork shaking/unwinding/relaxation practice.

The practice is 21 minutes duration consisting of 7 minutes for each section.

For shaking part, stand feet hip width apart with soft knees and simply gently shake the body, this moves the lymph and the blood in ways that create gently activation. In the second section, we move the body's fascia by creating medium to large stretching movements (think of a big cat), following our body's natural impulses, loosening both fascia and muscles as we 'stretch it all out.' For the final section, find a still comfortable place, seated or lying down and drop into your inner world, noticing perhaps what the practice has brought to your awareness. 
There are no guiding prompts or queues as this is a self practice recording. We hope you enjoy!
