He later moved into breaks, house, drum n' bass, and after his first trip to Burning Man, bass music which he specializes in and has a very deep love for still today.

Pressha is a dj of great range and his years of experience and passion for music is evident in his performance. Whether he's wrecking the dancefloor as a resident of Seattle's hype weeklies (Forms/Field Trip @ Q Nightclub)a one of at Monkey Loft, Kremwerk, or Nectar with one of his crews (Tom Kha/Upperleft) sonically stimulating a crowd under the stars at some of the West coasts most beloved events including Burning Man, Paradiso, Emissions and What the Festival, you can be sure to hear something you love about Matt's performance. He stands apart from others with sharp precision, impeccable mixing skills, and the freshest tune selection on the block. You can always expect to hear something new and unheard in his sets in any genre he happens to be pushing.

Additionally Pressha has put out several world renowned mixes including exclusives for Beat Lab Radio, Street Ritual, Noise Complaint, and Euphoric.net. He has also more recently dedicated himself to producing original music and collabing with other artists. This year and beyond we can expect some great things from the mind of a seasoned veteran with his ear to the ground and a flair for a passionate presence in his sound.

Bigger Than Us, a collaboration with acclaimed singer Marieme, blends dance music with immersive experiences, while BOSA offers a unique twist to world-inspired house and dance music. Both are at the forefront of Stephan's creative energy, with exciting new releases on the way.

Stephan has also been working with A-List artists such as A$AP Rocky, Brockhampton, Russ, Run The Jewles, 24kGolden, Mike Posner and more for over a decade, utilizing his wide skill set and ability to take on complex projects efficiently.
