"This track is a gesture of empathy and respect for Ferdowsi (940–1030 AD), the legendary Persian poet who spent 30 years composing the Shahnameh, the epic of kings, and preserving the Persian written language. Despite extreme hardship, poverty, and struggle, he persisted, dedicating his life to safeguarding Iran’s history and culture. This track was created in response to a recent insult to this great figure in our history."
