The songs on this recording represent an audio diary of a few moments in time. No musical parts were pre-planned and everything was improvised and recorded on the spot. The vibe of each song was determined beforehand to give a slight direction to the improvisation however.

Other than the interludes, the guitar parts were recorded and layered first. The drum tracks were added and edited along the way - many times at the end of the song's recording. Freedom in simplicity. 

No keyboards were used on this recording except for on a couple minor parts in the last song, "After the Fall We Rise Above". All the other keyboard-like sounds were created on the guitar. Shoegaze in full effect.
