Douek has been releasing diverse music since 2013, utilising a varied array of software and hardware with a different set up for each release. On The Synaptic Vesicle Routine he sources material from modular synths and field recordings, processing sounds via granular synthesis and complex effects. The result is a beguiling melding of speedcore, gllitch, IDM, flashcore, hardcore and breakcore.
