I've just realized that I have a bunch of tracks I've never uploaded here🤯 and it'll be a total sadness if you've never heard them because of my oversight!  So let's start with one that I really like...the o'l reliable, Ultra Glow, released in Flow Records not long ago ⚡ it represents a new stage of my development as producer cuz let's be real, it's a 180 degrees change compared to my previous darker experiments. Monkey League welcomes Carsten Halm from Cologne. One of the guys from Cologne's almost biggest Open Air Events „GRU:NToN“ has created two Melodic House & Techno tunes. The EP is entitled  „Sonnenstrahl“. The Title track boasts a myriad of stabs, effects and other synth wizardry and got a positve vibe, while „Mondlicht“ has got a more melancholic flavoured athmosphere. Tom & Wood rhythm-elements guiding the big sidechained saw lines through the track. We are ready to start the summer!

Swedish newcomers, Whirl, make their debut on Steyoyoke Black with ‘Nerv’; a 3-track EP which takes the listener on a journey through the sensual pleasures of the subconscious mind.

Title track, “Nerv”, has a strong sense of forward movement and masterfully balances each layer to create a journey for the listener. The following track, “Skania”, takes us to a darker space with a deep, echoing melody, and a refrain that is pared back to its essential parts. The final track, “Atone”, picks back up on this deep tone with celestial chords swirling through dizzying, washed out pads that rise with curious, frenzied excitement.

Overall it shows Whirl’s confidence in experimenting with moods – haunting and mysterious, they compel the listener to discover what dark fantasies await hidden behind the dance floor haze. Another solid release from the Steyoyoke family.
