Membuat sebuah single yang dapat dinyanyikan bersama namun juga menyuguhkan sebuah musik masa kini yang berkualitas, menjadikan Suddenly September, sebuah grup musik beraliran pop yang bernuansa jazz dan modern, akhirnya berani me-release single ke-dua ‘Berhenti Saja’ , masih dari album perdana  “Suddenly September” yang dirilis pada bulan September 2012 lalu.

‘Berhenti Saja’ yang mengusung tema pop akustik yang kental masih menceritakan mengenai kegagalan cinta namun sukses dibawakan dengan sentuhan vocal yang ringan namun menggigit dan manis. 

“Tema dari single ini sebenarnya adalah patah hati tapi tidak dibawakan secara mellow malah jadi fun! Karena hidden message disini adalah live your life happily even lo patah hati dan stay strong karena emang gak ada yang perlu dibuat sedih kan? Life must go on!" ujar Andin yang merupakan Saxophonist dari Suddenly September.

“Terkadang dua individu yang saling menyayangi tidak selalu harus bersama dan saling memaksakan keadaan dan segala perbedaan, Sometimes it is okay to give up, it doesn't mean you're a quiter, but when you have tried your best and it did not work out, then it deserve to be left” begitulah ujar Chewy (vocalis) berbicara mengenai single yang diciptkan oleh masing-masing anggota Suddenly September (Barry, Andin, dan Chewy) berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi salah seorang penciptanya.

‘Berhenti Saja’ sengaja dipilih melalui hasil voting yang dilemparkan kepada seluruh followers melalui akun twitter resmi @suddenlysept selama dua bulan lamanya. Single ini kemudian juga sukses mendapatkan standing applause dari penonton di panggung Java Jazz Festival 2013 pada bulan maret lalu.
