I’m a GenX 45 year old I’m glued to my decks 
I like most types of music, if it’s Vibey it works for me 
I practically enjoy downtempo- Breakbeat 
8 step to 4 step rhythms with House & Techno DnB 
Dubstep with a Ambient Atmosphere mainly 
With DnB I like it as Liquidity as possible 
Sunset-Sunrise, with an outer world Atmosphere 
I enjoy breath Yoga 
& body yoga
I find it helps me cope with stress so I can reduce anxiety 
It’s brilliant for ADHD & attachment - detachment anxieties.
Iv past Reiki 1 & 2 last summer and looking forward to learning the 3d part (Reiki Master) in few years 
I enjoy Reflexology - massage and using Reiki for healing and wellness all combine together with my own style of healing
