Trauma PTSD Treatment & Recovery - Walk the Wu Wei #40

Trust The Process

今やあるがままに観察できる菩薩が、その昔、深き智慧を悟るための実践をされた時、自分の肉体も精神も全てがあるようでない、ないようであることを照見されて、一切の苦厄を克服されたのであった。
舎利佛よ、肉体は無常なものと異ならず、無常ものが肉体と異ならない。肉体は「それ」であり、同時にすべてが「彼」であるのだよ。感じたり、判断したり、思考したり、意欲したりするわれわれの精神作用も、これまた全く同様であるのだよ。
舎利佛よ、全ては存在しないものであると同時に全てしか存在しないのだから、そこには生滅もなく、浄不浄もなく、また増減もない。また、今まで通りの個人的な肉体も精神的作用もなく、感覚器官もなければ、対象世界もない。感覚器官とその対象との接触によって生じる認識だってない。見える世界はあるようでなく、何かを思うこともない。私がいるという自我感覚もなく、かと言って全く消滅するわけでもない。死に対する苦しみもなく、かと言って肉体の老死という事実が消滅するわけでもない。そこには、仏教で説かれてきた「四つの真理」もなく、「悟り」といったものもなければそれを得るということもない。なぜならば、得るという主体が消滅したのだから。
菩薩たちは、深き智慧を悟るための実践をしているので、その心になにものにも執着せず、また、わだかまりがない。わだかまりがないのだから、恐怖もないし、事物をさかさまに捉えることもなく、妄想に悩まされることもなく、心は徹底して平安であった。過去・現在・未来の三世の諸仏たちも、智慧を得るための実践をされて、この上ない正しい完全な安心を得られたのだった。
だから、このように言うことができよう。般若波羅密多というのは、すばらしい力のある言葉、すなわち真言であり、優れた真言、無上の真言、無比の真言であると。それはあらゆる苦しみを消滅させてくれる。実に真実にして虚ならざるものである。そこで、般若波羅蜜多の真言を説く。すなわち、これが真言である。
往き、往きて、彼岸に達せる者よ。まったき彼岸に達せる者よ。幸あれ。

観自在菩薩　行深般若波羅蜜多時。照見五蘊皆空。度一切苦厄。
舎利子。色不異空・空不異色・色即是空。空即是色。受想行識亦復如是。
舎利子。是諸法空相。不生不滅。不垢不浄。不増不減。
是故空中。無色無受想行識。無眼耳鼻舌身意。無色声香味触法。無眼界。乃至無意識界。無無明。亦無無明尽。乃至無老死。亦無老死尽。無苦集滅道。
無智亦無得。以無所得故。菩提薩埵。依般若波羅蜜多故。心無罣礙。無罣礙故。無有恐怖。遠離一切顛倒夢想。究竟涅槃。
三世諸仏。依般若波羅蜜多故。得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
故知。般若波羅蜜多。是大神呪。是大明呪。是無上呪。是無等等呪。能除一切苦。真実不虚。故説般若波羅蜜多呪。
即説呪曰。羯諦羯諦波羅羯諦波羅僧羯諦菩提薩婆訶。般若心経。
