I hadn't planned to make this a regular online affair, but my live shows are slightly held up whilst the perfect website is being conjured from mouse clicks and imagination.

Something of an autumnal feel in this latest instalment of my Eclectic Mix project, and certainly a little darker than the Volume 1 demo. I've made an effort to include artists who didn't feature heavily in the first recording, and I will continue to do that to the best of my abilities whilst maintaining some coherence. It's not perfect, but that makes it all the more human.

I recorded this before my Eclectech mix, and I realise there is some overlap but they are very much two different things.

   Piotr Sobolczyk's second album contains various styles of dance music. From tropical house ("Infant Sorrow") through deep house ("Gay Melancholy", No Skin Off My Clone Remix of "Looking for My Zombie Clone", "Manie Blue"), late 80s British acid house ("Built On a One Night Stand"), classical 70s/80s disco ("Pest Gets Greased"), a venture into new jack swing ("Map of Para-Lies"), tropical house fused with latin vibe ("Everytime You Lie"), bhangra beats on "Manie Blue" and "The Art of Losing", progressive house ("Phandom Fantom"), the guitarish "The Skin I'm In", and a more traditional rendition of the evergreen "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" (mashed up with the gospel "Sometimes I Feel Like a Motherless Child"). Additionaly in the bonus section there is a flamenco inspired song "Habibi Olvida Tu Dolor" in Spanish and Arabic, as well as two versions of the originl songs in Polish. 
    All songs produced and programmed by Piotr Sobolczyk at Neptun V Studio.
