Here is a tune that I wrote a few years ago, based on the Conamara song ‘Cóilín Phádraig Shéamais’ by Pádraig Ó hAoláin. When I moved back to Conamara, it was the first song I heard when I walked into a session in Tigh Hughes. It stayed in my mind and I composed a couple of different pieces based on it.
