Bio

Valentino Kanzyani’s rise to prominence as founding father of the Slovenian Techno scene dates back to the mid 1990s: a highly skillful and acclaimed performer, his fame as resident spinner at the legendary Ambasada Gavioli grew larger and larger thanks to his mind altering and impressive 3-decks technique all night long sets.
In 1999 After releasing first tracks with Umek as Recycled Loops, they created a label to under the same name, inspiring a long line of other producers and labels with their fresh funky techno sound.
In 2001 a sub label named Earresistible was born designated for the more San Francisco and UK tech house orientated sound.
In 2005 the Eastern Europe turntable virtuoso founded his vinyl-only label Jesus Loved You, which served as an outlet for his creative outputs and personal projects, staying true to the original format of the DJ.
Since 2006 Valentino spend 8 magical seasons on the island of Ibiza discovering new shades of electronica and reinventing himself as an artist in the process.
With a group of friends  there, he started Next Wave party series with the idea to fertilise the scene on the island with fresh wave of emerging artists, creating a space for then mostly promising upcoming talents and now widely renown and respected artists such as;
Praslea, Alexandra, Dan Andrei , Binh, Nicolas Lutz, Francesco del Garda, Onur Ozer...
In 2014 he returns to his homeland in an attempt to find some peace  and quiet in between busy touring schedule, only to find himself  immersed once again in Slovenia’s flourishing underground electronic movement,  and what kind of founding father would he be, if he was not  to get involved, offering his gentle guidance and enormous experience  to the ferocious young talents sprouting from it.
Out of honest exchange of mutual inspiration and appreciation; Luckison collective was born > a spiritual alliance of like-hearted  individuals sharing same passions, values and vision as well  as  countless moments of sheer joy on the dance-floor , which seem to  bind  the whole boutique, but high spirited and close-knitted Slovenian rave community together like glue.
After a series of Luckison raves, the gang started a label with the first  EP carrying favorite fruits of their funniest gang bangs in the studio  titled simply ; Luckison,  in an attempt to keep the focus solely on the  music instead of names.
And it’s only the beginning of this latest adventure Valentino has took  on ; known as a man of refined taste with an excess of ideas, an impeccable nose for fresh talent and a tendency to bind together most  peculiar of characters..,wherever he may be headed, for sure it wont  be boring!
