A simple extended edit of one of the most beautiful disco tracks ever by one of the best jazz, funk and soul drummers ever, Idris Muhammad, who past away just the other day. This tribute creates a dj friendly intro and outro and leaves the rest of the song relatively untouched, in all it's sublime and soulful glory.

Muhammad's crisp, locked in the pocket drumming propels the track forward beneath an incredible arrangement of soaring strings and arpeggiated synths that mutate as they weave in and out with the filtered rhythm guitars, creating the backdrop for those oh so soulful vocals. Each listen reveals new elements and deeper layers in the production. Quite simply, they just do not make music of this caliber anymore.

If, somehow, you're not familiar with this man and his music, do yourself a favor and get acquainted. You will not regret it.
