Apparel Music is excited to welcome Lukus with his Love Andeavour EP, landing digitally on May 23rd, 2025 on the EXTRA catalogue. Known as one half of the duo SRWN (Chat Noir, Orion Arm), Lukus now takes a solo path with a project centered around sample-based, dynamic house music. With Love Andeavour EP, he serves up three super stylish and groovy cuts: Love Andeavour, I Am At O, and Bennet. It’s a record that fits right into the spirit we cherish at Apparel: house music loaded with heart, soul, and that unmistakable jazzy vibe. The EP moves effortlessly between groove and texture, showing Lukus’ knack for sharp sampling and playful rhythms. His sound feels fresh and genuine, pushing things forward while staying rooted in the tradition of house.A real slice of what we’re all about: honest, warm, and made to keep you moving.

Lukus - Love Andeavour

Bay Area born and raised DJ and producer Papa Lu is family to Soul Clap, and he recently made his move to Los Angeles where he is making his mark on the house music scene. Lu is steadily building his collection of acid tinged, funky house burners, while also exploring Latin house.

For his debut on Soul Clap Records, he teams up with our friend, producer and the multihypenate The Whooligan on this thick track titled “Starting To Rise”, which continues the disco house vibe he brought with ASTU on "Red Hot". Once the beat drops, a strong Latin rhythm takes over with layers of syncopated percussion, adding a strong Cumbia house flavor to the diverse mix.

Lu's recent run of parties includes performances with Sven Väth, Walker & Royce, and Todd Terry
