Anyone who who has been following the Selador story so far should already be familiar with Marc Depulse. Having previously featured as a remixer on Joal’s ‘Uncover To Discover’ in 2015 and more recently as part of our Showcase Volume 3 compilation, the German Producer now earns his stripes with a fully fledged EP of considerable weight and stature. 

Comprising of two originals and two remixes from Kevin Over & David Granha, it’s yet another impressive release from the Selador camp. You know the drill by now. So what you waiting’ for?!

Los Angeles-based artist Eric Sharp links up once again with longtime collaborator Zhao on the Swedish imprint House Music With Love for an emotional new single titled 'Monday Blues'. 

A piece born out of "empathy and compassion" that focuses on healing psychic wounds from the past. "The verses are imbued with struggle and heaviness, while the chorus inspires hope, and faith in the ability move beyond our hurts together," Sharp explains. "Everyone has challenges in life, and we are never alone in our feelings. There is no wound too deep to be made whole, and I hope this song reminds people of that."

Monday Blues drops on House Music With Love on May 29.

The positive connections continue as Catz ‘n Dogz update their Music Manifesto with the latest single from their well-received fourth album ‘Friendship’. Originally penned by aforementioned rising Raleigh artist ZenSoFly and her producer-in-crime Maxville, then developed with Catz ‘n Dogz, Zen’s lyrics will resonate deeply with every genuine creative bone in all of our body while the Pets bossmen whip up a jittering, bumpy, horn-poked groove that nods at the old Classic Music sound. The message is clear: make your own wave, be true to what you want to do and don’t put other people’s waves down. Life is too short to feel any other way. 
Life’s too short not to pay attention to these two extraordinary remixes, too. Each one rides its own totally unique wave; long-time compadre Justin Martin touches the crest with his light-footed jack, bubbling bass groove and sudden spasms of glitchy funk while Optimo-fresh Theus Mago continues his remarkable vein of form with an intergalactic sleazy sci-fi funk perspective. In the colorful world of Stereofunk there's a lot going on: As we all know opposites create color. On the one hand introverted musiclover, on the other hand an acclaimed producer and DJ. Next to electronic, house and breakbeat influences, a big part of "funky 80s" can also be found on his mixing slab. 

With his highly praised debutalbum "Fools Planet" the DJ from Dresden has definitely proved: he's got the funk on his side! The club anthem " Captain Funk", forerunner of the LP, was released in April 2009 with Moonbootique Record. 
Apart from very positive acknowledgement from around the world, themusic magazine Raveline raised the track to "Heavy Rotation". Besides working as a producer and DJ, Stereofunk is also known as the head of the label Klang Gymnastik Records. 

Catalog number 20 is approaching and with a digitalized Sublabel, it will be definite for the future to be just as colorful, as before.
